Who this? What do?
Where it all started…
As a kid, I listened to a lot of records and wondered how a guitar could sound the way it did. Getting older I finally got a guitar of my own and realized it wasn’t as simple as plugging into the pawn shop budget amp and twiddling dials.
From then on the tone hunt was on, and only later did I discover it never ends! A bonus discovery was that one didn’t have to be beholden to the all-in-one footboard computer. A friend introduced me to the concept of DIY and I was entranced.
After a few bandmates and contacts wanted to pay me for the boxes I banged together, they then told me to get a move on and offer the stuff they liked to a wider audience.
Where I am and where I'm going
After designing a number of one-off "post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland" themed pedals, I wanted something different, yet still in the same vein of fun. Because no matter your gig or garage size, if you're not enjoying it, why are you even playing?
